Emel has been working with Ata and Co Solicitors since 2015 as an Accredited Senior Case Worker under the Law Society Asylum and Immigration Accreditation. He has extensive experience in dealing with all types of in-country and overseas visa applications and representation before the Asylum & Immigration Tribunal.
Emel has provided immigration support to EEA nationals and their families post-Brexit. He has made numerous successful applications under the EUSS provision, including settled and pre-settled status as well as overseas family permit applications under the EUSS provision.
