We are a contracted provider of Legal Aid and can undertake representation in asylum, certain human rights and judicial review cases under the Legal Aid scheme. This means that our clients with such cases will not pay for our services; the Legal Aid Agency will pay us. Legal Aid funding is subject to merit and financial assessments.
